Our first full day in Mauritius began with poolside breakfast at Le Clos des Bains, a beach walk, and a trip with Uncle Joseph to the weekly Le Rose-Belle Market — with pani puri and a fish and vegetable thali for lunch, a sea swim, and dinner at The Bamboo Restaurant.
